Exciting Year Ahead
Fresh into a new Rotary year we have many speakers and trips planned for the forthcoming year for our members.
A day trip to Lille in November to visit the Christmas market is already sold out !! 
Speakers planned cover a wide range of subjects ranging from the environment, the Wildlife Trust, a Gurkha, Jack-the-Ripper
( I’m led to believe all the gruesome details are left in !! ), a Toastmaster, a visit from the Vulcan Restoration Trust
, and we are also arranging a scary Halloween party to held at the Ye Olde Plough
.
Looking into 2009 we will also celebrate the Chinese New Year with a Lion Dance and Kung-Fu display, our traditional “Joke” night along with other ‘fun’ nights and speakers.
